Within two days of their arrival, Annica and Berit had Kelly and Dottie out in the hunt field; and Kelly was simply elated to be there during the first part of badger season and on her first Badger dig. Dottie, not having been in the hunt field before, watched from a distance as Loa located the Badger. Once the badger was dispatched it was very apparent that the Badger made two of little Dottie. I can only imagine what my little girl was thinking and where had I sent her. The hunters that were gathered that day made very positive remarks on Dottie's size and were quite please with her small 12 inch frame. From what I was told, Annica thinks I may have given her my best hunting dog. Gosh, I hope not!

Today, Dottie is living in a new pack of adult parsons - Ninja, Loa and Isak. She has started blood-tracking training, and Annica is impressed with her progress. I am looking forward to posting Dottie’s success and know her quality will be considered a valuable asset to Annica and Kennel Adesso both in the hunt field and in Annica's breeding program.
